Problem Solution Essay
Years ago, there were diseases that could not be healed and people just had to die when they got them. But, advancements in technology such as microscopes, x-rays, and other machines such as robots have helped us find heals to these diseases. But, still getting sick has been a major problem for everybody since the beginning of time.

Although there have been many things that have caused people to get sick germs have been the main assailant. Germs are almost everywhere and designed to get people sick. In fact, there are millions of germs on you right now as you are reading this sentence. Each one is about 1/1000 of a millimeter and is just itching to get you sick. Germs are divided into four groups: bacteria, fungi, viruses and protozoa and they all try to get you sick in their own special, different way. Bacteria are the type of germ that get into your body and cause infections such as sore throats, ear infections, and cavities. Viruses are the awful kind of germ that make you sick with the flu, chickenpox, measles, and many more. Fungi are the gross kind of germ that can cause rashes and it can grow in between your toes. Protozoa is the type of herms that can cause stomach aches and diarrhea.
You should, take hot showers (Advancements in technology have helped us figure out that heat kills germs.) wash your hands, and use hand sanitizer frequently. If you do this you will have a much smaller chance of getting sick than someone that does. Also, when you do get sick, you can take medicines to make you feel better or if it is really serious you can have surgery or take a visit to the doctor's office. You should also ask people if they are sick before you shake hands or come in contact with people because germs can spread very quickly.

Other things you can do to stay away from germs and not become sick are go to the doctor’s office a couple times a year for checkups and to get vaccinated. You can take drinks that strengthen your immune system because your immune system is the thing that fights off the bad germs. Your immune system is like an army fighting with all they have to keep the bad germs from getting inside your body and making you sick. But, of course sometimes it fails and that is why you get sick.

So, there are many ways to keep from getting sick but if you do not do them you will become sick. Each time you get sick your immune system becomes weaker and it is easier for you to get sick. But, try these solutions if you get sick a lot and you should not get sick as much.
